At last i disassembled my mi-band and here how it was.
At first you should remove metal plate on the top of the band. It's really easy, all you need is just to heat it a little.
I fixed it in vise, heated for about 30 seconds with my hot air reflow fan and voilà! Metal cover is removed.
Here we can see band without cover. I wanted to tear it apart very gently (i don't mean i succeed, just wanted) so decided to heat it and put scalpel in gap between two parts (i marked it red).
It wasn't good idea i think. All i got is that plastic became very soft and started to bend. Here's result of it:
Next step was to get board out of body. It was made but not without problems - you can see on of charging pin was damaged. It's quite repairable, just solder any wire there.
And the main step - unsolder battery from board. I decided to add switch between board and red (bat+) wire. Here'spic with result.
The best result is that after turning band off (while battery was unsoldered) i could turn it on again and after that find it by Mi app. I had to unpair it first, but after that band could be obtained.
That means that i can make different experiments with jtag and вф14580 SDKб trying to get band sources or at least understand what is located in mili.fw.
That's the image that inspired me all the way.

You don't need vise actually if you haven't. It can be made by hands.
Black line is glue. There's not much of it and it heats very fast.

After that I lost my patience and began just use scalpel as i used to do it. Here's how i was.
